Construction and Project Management

We recognize that the Construction phase is where the rubber meets the road... and we stress the importance of clear communication on all of our projects. That is why we prefer to take our design process through to the very end, providing our clients with continued support.

  • We recommend reputable, seasoned, licensed Landscape Contractors that we have experience working with, and help you to navigate the bidding and pricing process.
  • If you should prefer a Design/Build model, our long term relationships with our Preferred Contractors allows us this option.
  • We help you in phasing the project to suit logistics and budgeting, when necessary.
  • We provide on site design and scheduled site visits to approve layout before key elements, such as patio forms, walks, fountains, etc. are installed, and to ensure materials, plants and finishes are installed per our design vision.

  • We provide all of our plants to ensure the plant selection is installed per plan, and to ensure the quality and health of the plants before installation. Our excellent relationship with local growers is passed down to our clients in quality and value.

  • We work with manufacturers of cutting edge LED exterior lighting to provide the best prices, value and quality for high energy savings and high level of outdoor enjoyment.
